The Herd Mentality Behind Herd Immunity
A majority of Americans support mass-vaccinating in order to achieve herd immunity to end the Covid-19 pandemic. I don’t just think that they're wrong. Math does.
For reasons I cannot comprehend, more Americans than not still continue to be onboard with the mass vaccination campaign. I have no reason to think that they are insincere in their belief and are truly convinced that vaccinating is in their own best interest.
But unfortunately that’s all it is; a belief stemming from misguided faith in institutions that have been corporate-captured, from pharmaceutical companies to politicians to corporate media to, yes, even academia itself.
Some will simply claim that they are on the side of science and that’s the end of it without citing any specific sources or data sets. The “science” they refer to has been filtered by misleading, dishonest, and thoroughly-corrupted institutions. Just because a politician, journalist, or even scientist says something is true does not make it true. It is the data (or lack thereof) behind the statement that determines if a statement is true, not the messenger.
To arrive at a place of truth requires objective analysis and critical-thinking skills, both of which are only being exercised by a small smattering of outliers brave enough to go against the grain.
But go against the grain we must because the stakes are far too high not to actively defend and encourage vaccine hesitancy in regards to Covid-19. The lives of potentially billions depends on it.
The Herd Mentality
I’ve tried many times to present the best arguments possible for vaccine-hesitancy by citing well-established concepts in the fields of virology and evolutionary biology. I’m far from an expert on these subjects, which is why I have always deferred to those who are. Yet the experts who have a proven record of integrity and/or expertise are regularly dismissed as quacks peddling pseudo-science. I’m of course referring to truth-tellers like Bret Weinstein, Heather Heyling, Geert Vanden Bossche, Robert Malone, Pierre Kory, Charles Hoffe, and Steve Kirsch, among others.
It’s difficult to convince anyone that they are, in fact, embracing a cult-like mentality once they’ve already become indoctrinated into accepting false, mainstream narratives. It’s especially difficult when a majority is on the wrong side, which only further fuels a false sense of validation. But just because most people believe what you believe doesn’t make you right.
There are many historic examples of the majority believing something completely false, but one of the most egregious in my lifetime and one in which we can all objectively look back at and recognize, was when an overwhelming number of Americans believed the Bush Administration’s lies regarding Saddam Hussein having weapons of mass destruction.
Here’s a terrifying reminder of just how wrong the majority was back in 2003, from before and after the early days of the Iraq War. (SOURCE)
Yet despite zero evidence that Saddam had WMD’s the Iraq War still happened, resulting in the deaths of 1+ million Iraqi civilians, displacing an additional 2-3 million, the formation of ISIS, over 4,500 dead American soldiers, and cost American taxpayers $2 trillion dollars.
But somehow people find it impossible to believe that the mass vaccination campaign is also predicated on lies? How? If you’re not ready to accept the truth yet, fine. But if you’re dismissing the possibility entirely then your certitude is simply unfounded and irrational. There is historical precedence for extreme conspiracies of great consequence being legitimate. This is one of those times.
Why the Herd is Wrong
We repeatedly have been told that vaccinating 70% of the population is required in order to achieve herd immunity. Let’s briefly accept that the vaccines actually do provide effective, adequate protection.
Between reported and unreported cases it’s estimated that well over 100 million Americans have previously been infected and ergo 30% of the population has natural immunity, the most comprehensive protection due to layers of complexity that has never been surpassed by artificial substitutes. If the experimental therapeutics (aka Covid-vaccines) actually work, that's another 163+ million who are immune (49.4% ). That’s a total of 79.4%, comfortably beyond the requirement for herd immunity.
The overlap between those who had natural immunity but also got vaccinated is unknown and this will be the biggest knee-jerk criticism of my calculation, no doubt. But it’s also fair to say that this overlap is minimally relevant in light of two factors.
1) The vast majority of young people are innately immune. I would strongly argue that this includes anyone under 40 based on the average survival rate being 99.8% (and 99.6% for 40-49). But let’s be conservative for the critics and say that “young people” only means those under 30. That’s still over 54 million or 16% of the country. (SOURCE)
2) A small group of outliers are protected by using safer and effective repurposed drugs such as ivermectin. Again, there isn’t data available to know exactly how many people went for this option, but the number is surely low. Let’s say it’s 5%. It’s likely even lower than that, not higher, but 5% isn’t going to make or break the final results.
49.4% Vaccinated immunity
30% Natural immunity
16% Innate immunity
5% Misc means of immunity
That’s a total of 100.4%.
There are certainly overlaps in these categories of protection, but that overlap could be as high as 30.4% and still comfortably meet the 70% required for herd immunity. In all likelihood we actually have met or even exceeded this threshold months ago. Cases should now, by all rights, be steadily declining if what we were told about vaccines and herd immunity were true.
Yet the United States had 99,470 new cases in a single day on July 30th, 2021. We’ve reverted all the way back to early-February numbers and the increase is rapidly accelerating. Does Dr. Fauci ever get tired of being wrong?
Conclusion
Dismissing the theories that the vaccines are actually fueling new variants, prolonging the pandemic, and causing more death than the actual virus (all of which are true, for the record), it still cannot be rationally denied that the mass vaccination campaign has been an abject failure. The math is too overwhelmingly obvious.
Until you stop the virus from spreading you cannot end the pandemic. Every virologist and evolutionary biologist agrees on this point, as does Dr. Fauci, the CDC, and the WHO. Not even the dishonest actors deny this.
The only way we couldn’t have already hit herd immunity is if the key categories of protection (vaccinated, natural, innate, and misc) are wildly miscalculated. The natural immunity and innate immunity are rock-solid figures and the misc category is inconsequential.
Either herd immunity is a complete myth or the vaccines aren’t helping to achieve it. This is a bare minimum, undeniable reality. Until the majority understands this truth, the U.S. Empire will continue to pointlessly roll out further coercive tactics, including increasingly draconian and unlawful mandates, to pressure Americans into accepting an experimental drug with all the known and unknown risks associated with it.
Wiser Americans must continue to maintain their vaccine hesitancy, to continue resisting and spreading the word to those still lost in the swirling vortex of propaganda and misinformation. The ongoing and intentional anti-science agenda being thrust upon us via mainstream, farcical narratives must be as fiercely combatted as any war that has ever been fought in human history.
They are lying to us.
Much more on the reasons behind those lies in my next post. I’ll be diving deep into the latest bombshell admittances thanks to recently leaked CDC documents and what the ramifications of all of this means going forward. Subscribers, be sure to check your inbox on Monday.
